The Salt Spring Island Climate Action Council was established in May 2010 to coordinate the development and implementation of a Climate Action Plan for Salt Spring Island. In 2016 the Council was disbanded and its activities transferred into a Climate Action Group under the umbrella of the Transition Salt Spring organisation.
Membership in the Climate Action Group is open to any islander with a particular knowledge and experience in climate change issues. See our contact information on this website.
